SULLIVAN, Mr. John D. "Jack", age 74, Cross Plains, passed away April 26, 2013. Retired United States Navy Senior Chief Communications Technician and Research Analyst with Department of Defense. Preceded in death by mother, Rose Martin and stepfather, Paul Martin; father, John Sullivan; and brother, Edward Sullivan. Survived by wife of 55 years, Lisa Sullivan; son, Brian (Kristin) Sullivan; daughter, Judi (David) Feltenberger; sister, Margaret (Andy) Hatley; seven grandchildren; and many friends & relatives. Memorial Service to be held 2:00PM Saturday, May 25, 2013 with visitation one hour prior at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 East Main St. Hendersonville, TN, Joey Davis officiating.
