John King, Sr.

Mr. John Robert King, Sr., age 53 of Franklin, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. He was a loving father, brother and son. He loved horses, roping, farming, riding tractors, cooking and gardening. He was a friend to many. He worked for Hardaway Construction. Survived by parents, Robert and Barbara King; son, John Robert (J.J.) King, Jr; . lifetime companion, Roxanne Fitchpatrick; brother, Anthony King; sisters, Trish King and Sherrie (Tony) Mangrum; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 17, 2016 , at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ed Slayton and Noble Carothers officiating. Burial will be in the Crutcher Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Zac Meadows, Brent Shires, Brad Shires, Lucas Brock, Trey Belton, Joey Taylor, Trish King, Tony Mangrum and Ronnie Huffaker.
