LAYNE, Sr., Mr. John R., age 75 of Bon Aqua, TN, February 2, 2013. Retired from Ford Glass Plant after 43 years of service. Currently working part-time at Beaman Ford and Specialty Auto Sales in Dickson, TN. Preceded in death by son, John Robert "Bo" Layne, Jr.; mother, Carrie Layne; sister & brother in law, Louise & Herbert Taylor & brother in law, Joe Hedgepath. Survived by: significant other, Angela Layne; sons, Jack "Sam" (Nancy) Layne & Donald (Jackie) Layne; sisters, Marie (Jr.) Taylor & Charlotte Hedgepath; grandchildren, Greg (Tammy) Layne, Valerie Layne, Brandise Layne, Nichol Layne, Chris Layne, Jackie (Layne) Boyles & Donald (Megan) Layne, Jr.; great grandchildren, Landyn Layne, Kyleigh Reynolds, Hunter Layne, Emily Layne, Aidan Layne, Brandon Boyles, Kaylee Boyles, Gavin Layne, nieces, Mary (Bobby) Lackey & Vickie (Tim) Brownlee; nephews, Mike (Kay) Taylor & Robert (Susie) Taylor; seven great nieces and nephews, other loving family members and many, many friends. Funeral services will be conducted 4:00 PM Friday, February 8, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, David Wilson officiating. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
