Johnny A. "DI" Johnson, age 85 of the Boston - Burwood community went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 19, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oakley & Susan Johnson, son, Ricky Johnson; son-in-law, Danny Daniel & 4 brothers & sisters. Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Vivian Gray Johnson; daughter, Vickie Daniel; 3 grandchildren, Clinton Beard, Jason (Ashley) Johnson & Carrie (Hunter) Hood; daughter-in-law, Kaye Johnson & son-in-law, Wayne Beard; 4 great-grandchildren, Addelyn Johnson, Cutler Johnson, Cameron & Audrey Hood & special dog, Cricket. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Saturday, July 21, 2018 and 2 hours prior to the service at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 3:00PM at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with Brother Gary Fewell officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in loving memory of Johnny A. "DI" Johnson.
