Jonathan Helms

Jonathan Bradley Helms, 32 of Brentwood, TN, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 peacefully. He was born in Charlotte, NC on July 21, 1982, son of Roger and Carolyn Helms, brother of Nicholas Helms and uncle of Connor William Helms of Charleston, SC. Jonathan was a very bright energetic young man that loved life. He graduated from Brentwood High School in 2001 and excelled in Football and Wrestling. His passion was wrestling all through his school years. He was an undefeated wrestler at Woodland Middle School, and went on to BHS where he placed in the State and Regional Wrestling Finals each year. He placed first four times in the Regional Championships and placed third in the State Championship. He also placed first in the GP West Invitational. Jonathan was awarded BHS Most Valuable Wrestler award and was on the Coach's Dream Team. Jonathan graduated from The University Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Finance and Accounting; he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon "SAE" Fraternity. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Ashford University. Jonathan was preceded in death by grandparents Earnest and Lorraine Helms and Aubrey and Lucille Bell. His numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends will miss him dearly. Memorial service will be held 6:00PM Friday, February 27, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with visitation two hours prior to the service.
