J.W. Talley

TALLEY, Ret. Sgt. J. W., age 83 of Franklin, TN. November 25, 2013. He retired from the Army after 23 years of service. He was a long-time employee of the Williamson County Bus Garage.
Preceded in death by parents, Wesley & Mattie Lee Robinson Talley. Survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Marie Talley; son, Gary Talley; step-sons, Steve (Laura) Griggs & Troy (Lynn) Griggs; sisters, Lois (Joe) Foy, Bonnie (Carl) Leggett, Pauline (Frank) Cook; grandchildren, Matthew &Tyler Griggs, Brandy & T.J. Griggs, Kayle Griggs and Wesley Talley; two great grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial Williamson Memorial Gardens with full military honors. U.S. Army to serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers: Employees of the Williamson County Bus Garage.
