Karen Rosemary Sperduti, born on August 11, 1951, in Lockport, New York, passed away peacefully at her home in Franklin, Tennessee, on March 20, 2025.
Karen dedicated over 20 years of her life to the beauty industry, retiring as a manager and hairstylist from Regis Hairstylists. Her passion for hairstyling not only shaped her career but also allowed her to create lasting bonds with many clients and colleagues throughout the years.
Karen's adventurous spirit shone brightly in her love for travel, revealing her delight in exploring new places. She cherished beach vacations, creating joyful memories under the sun. Her journeys took her to the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska and Hawaii, where she found both adventure and tranquility. Additionally, she enjoyed hiking through the magnificent western national parks, often marveling at the wonders of nature. Camping trips with her sons during their younger years were among her most treasured experiences, filled with laughter and the warmth of family.
Above all, Karen's heart belonged to her family. She found immense joy in spending time with her beloved grandson, Landon Sperduti, who brought light and happiness into her life.
Karen is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, John Sperduti, as well as her loving brothers, Jim (Kathy) Crimi, David (Joanne) Crimi, and Veril (Diane) Crimi, Jr., her sister Carol (Bob) Lucas, and many cherished nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two sons, Jayme Sperduti and David Sperduti, her parents, Veril and Anna Crimi, and her sister, Anna Ruth Kates.
In remembering Karen, we celebrate her zest for life, her dedication to her craft, and her unyielding love for family. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and devotion that will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
