Mrs. Kathleen Skinner Waggoner, age 86, Arrington, TN, passed away June 9, 2015 at her residence. She was a homemaker and member of Jenkins Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by parents, Benjamin Tilman and Dulcie Elliott Skinner.
Survived by husband of 67 years, John A. Waggoner, Sr.; son, John A. (Pamela) Waggoner, Jr.; daughters, Andrea W. (Larry) Barnes and Amy K. (Randy) Harris; brothers, Reed A. (Helen) Skinner and Morris (Carolyn) Skinner; sisters, Hazel (James) Haynes and Ruby (Ronnie) Wood; grandchildren, Lori (James) Foutch, Scott (Bekah) Barnes, Heather (Matt) Mosley, Leah (Dustin) High, Andrew (Tram) Patton, Elise (Cameron) Bell and Michael Waggoner; and great grandchildren, Kathleen, Lucy and Judah Foutch, Sam, Claire and Jackson Mosley, Amelia High, Madison and Molly Barnes.
Visitation 4-7PM Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted 2PM Thursday, June 11, 2015, at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Rev. Larry Guin and Rev. Perry Muze, officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Scott Barnes, Andrew Patton, Michael Waggoner, James Foutch, Cameron Bell and Matt Mosley. Honorary pallbearers will be George and Loretta Inglis, Ed and Donna McClendon, Angie Coleman, Karen Kolbert, Linda Martin, Bill and Mary Beth Roland, Sam and Nancy Suddarth, Jerry and Ruth Bowers, Paul and Pauline Campbell, Paul and Barbara White, Ken Allen, Walter Jimmy Jordan, Wallace and Evelyn Richardson, Francis Glenn, Mary Katherine Stem, Julia Fox, Ronnie and Patty Barnes, Martha Waggoner, Bill Doris and Jenkins Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
