Kay Lois Fuller
June 28, 1931 - May 14, 2017
Kay Lois Morris Fuller, age 85 passed away May 14, 2017 at home. She was born in Portsmouth, OH to the late Bernice Scott Davidge and James Bradley Morris. Kay provided a wonderful childhood to her four beloved children who will miss her greatly: Shawn (Mable) Carey (Richmond, KY); Tim (Maria) Carey (Nashville, TN); Jennie (John) Billo (College Grove, TN); and Scott (Jennifer) Fuller (Columbia, TN). She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Blake Fuller (5), Lucas and Marcus Fuller (17 months) - who gave her much joy; as well as her furry companion - Beowulf (German Shepherd).
Kay was an avid reader who loved animals (especially horses), children, and the world of entertainment. Kay, herself, was a very talented singer and dancer in her early years.
She also leaves behind her sister, Joey Stevens (KY); nieces Kay Curtis (TN); Robin Anglin (KY); Anne Stevens Rucker (KY); cousin Carolyn Gibbons (KY) and Phillip Cleaver (KY). She is also survived by her dear friends Faye Fales (FL) and Nita Elliott (OH). Kay is predeceased by her loving stepfather - Fred Davidge and many dear aunts and uncles and her beloved grandmother- Jennie Marie Scott Oberley.
Special thanks to Dr. Nimmagadda for his attentive medical care the last 10 years as well as Dr. Fleet, Amedysis Hospice nurse Sharry Cook and caregiver Diane Justice.
Funeral will be Noon at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 4905 Franklin Pike, Nashville, TN 37220 followed by a graveside Trisagion and internment at Spring Hill Memorial Park, 5239 Main Street, Spring Hill, TN 37174.
Memorial donations may be made to any animal rescue organization.
