OATES, Kendall Dominique Oates, age 18, of Franklin, TN. May 25, 2012. He is preceded in death by his aunt, Sonia Cutts. Kendall leaves cherished memories of his parents, Diane Cutts Oates and Gary D. Oates; adored sister, Jasmine Nicole Oates; grandparents, Raymond and Beryl Cutts, William R. Oates (Bernice) and Lillie Kitt; uncle, Raymond Cutts, Jr.; aunts, Sandra Cutts, Rhonda Oates, Monique Young (Chuck), Nicole Williams, and Shala Christian (Kevin); cousins, Jeremy Cutts and RaShondra MaChea' Jones; a special care taker and many other beloved, relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held 3:00pm Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Minister Velma Thomas-Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens.
