Mr. Kenneth Marvin Peercy, age 64 of Franklin, TN passed away April 17, 2015. During his twenty nine year career in Operative Services at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, he served as Director and other management positions in many of the surgical departments. He was a 1969 graduate of Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN. He earned a BS in Biology from Trevecca Nazarene College in Nashville, TN, 1973, AB in Nursing from University of Tennessee in Nashville, TN, 1978, and Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph's College in Windham, ME, 1999. He was a long time member of the Franklin Church of the Nazarene. He was a member of Sons of the American Colonists, Sons of the American Revolution, Magna Charta Barons and Franklin Civitan Club. Survived by: wife, Deborah Nixon Peercy; son, Andrew Peercy, daughter, Margaret (John) Wilson; grandchildren, James & Elizabeth Wilson. Preceded in death by parents, Roy Marvin "Pete" and Lillian Enone Fly Peercy. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Rev. Ray Couey and Rev. Ronnie Johnson officiating. Visitation will be 4-8PM Sunday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Welch Memorial Cemetery in Monterey, TN. Family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM at Monterey Church of the Nazarene. Goff Funeral Home will be assisting with funeral in Monterey, TN.
