Kristan White

WHITE, Kristan Elizabeth, AKA Cassie Jordan, was the daughter of J. Joe and Carolyn M. White. Born May 25, 1971, in Nashville, TN and passed away unexpectedly on May 27, 2022, at her home in California. Kristan was a graduate of Harpeth Academy, Battleground Academy, Birmingham Southern University, and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. Under her stage name, she enjoyed working in theatre, movies, television, commercials, and stand-up comedy. She was a member of the Screen Actors Guild. She recently, along with her sister, was a devoted caregiver to her mom. Kristan had many wonderful friends, some since childhood, and was a kind-hearted and giving friend herself. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. She loved animals and almost always had a rescue dog. She loved and pampered her dogs, especially her most recent rescue, Bella Joy. Kristan was preceded in death by her father, J. Joe White and leaves behind her mother Carolyn M. White, sister Jennifer W. Boyd (Shane), aunts Suma Clark and Helen Stansell, and many loving cousins. Services will be Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 1:00pm at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, 3009 Columbia Ave., Franklin, conducted by Rev. Troy Godwin. Entombment will be in Williamson Memorial Gardens – Remembrance Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to an animal rescue in your area, Battleground Academy, 336 Ernest Rice Lane, Franklin, TN 37069, or the charity of the donor’s choice.
