Krystal Rose Adams, 21, of Franklin, TN passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019 after a seven-year, hard fought battle with brain cancer. She was born on May 26, 1998 in Detroit, MI.
Krystal, whose nickname to immediate family is "Princess" for many reasons; she was a great little soccer player (#9) in her early years. She enjoyed music, hockey, fashion, church, friends, bonfires, socializing, helping others and SHOES. Though bound to a wheelchair she loved shoes and never had enough and the more bling the better.
The Princess had an infectious smile and personality, wit and sense of humor second to none, a generous, loving heart and spirit. She had a deep faith in God. She loved going to church and bible study. She was always seeking more knowledge in growing her faith. She shared countless scriptures and messages via social media and regularly encouraged others to find Christ in their lives.
The Princess was strong, courageous and admirable; she tried to be everyone's protector. Known to say, "Sometimes you just have to fight thru the pain to have fun." or "Even though they want to be strong for me, I have to be strong for them because they just don't know."
To those who knew the Princess, even just a little, they lost a shining light in their lives. A hero and inspiration to all.
Princess is survived by parents, James & Bernadette Adams; grandmothers, Sandie (Adams), Mingo (Franco); great-grandmother Viola (Coolahan); siblings, Ana, Parker, Dylan, Jon, Rosie; mother, Rhonda (LaValley); countless aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation and Services will take place at Rolling Hills Community Church 1810 Columbia Ave, Franklin, TN 37064.
