Lera Stovall

Mrs. Lera Gertrude "Gertie" Andrews Stovall, age 87, a beloved resident of the Burwood Community passed away peacefully January 8, 2015. She will be greatly missed by her family and the many children she helped raise. She was a member of Jones Chapel Church of the Nazarene. Preceded in death by parents, John Bolin and Bessie Andrews; husband, Wallace "Stovepipe" Stovall; daughter, Karen Johnson; brothers, Joe & Kenneth Andrews. Survived by son, Kerry Joe (Teresa) Stovall; daughter, Kathey (Chuck) Payne; eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Bro. Gary Fewell officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Justin Gordon, Kelton Johnson, Charlie Huff, Ricky Locke, Keith Andrews, Dudley Stovall, Jr. and Joe York of Knoxville, TN. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons, grandson in-laws and Dudley Stovall. Memorials may be made to the Jones Chapel Church of the Nazarene.
