Libby Isaacs Hughes, age 87 of Franklin, TN. passed away June 27, 2017. Libby retired from Williamson Medical Center after 39 years as Director of Medical Records. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lee Dalton and Evelyn Crowson; husband, Jimmy Isaacs; son, Jai Isaacs; grandson, Grey Patrick; sister, Sara Ann Akin and aunt, Sara Dawson. Survived by husband, Donald Hughes; daughters, Lyn (Herb) Patrick, Mell Isaacs and Beth (Nelson) Sweeney; grandchildren, Ed Patrick, Hardin (Matt) Warren, Ashley (Travis) King and Seth (Ashley) Sweeney; brother, Cecil (Nancy) Crowson; five great grandchildren and three step-children. A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, June 29, 2017 with visitation 2 hrs. prior at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Rev. Monna Mayhall officiating.
