Linda Jean Powell, age 65, passed on Saturday, May 27th. She is the widow of John Michael Powell. She is survived by her sister Sue Moore, sons Scott and J.J., her daughter-in-law Samantha, and grandchildren Shane, Peyton, Aria, and Ellis. Services are closed to family only. Her final resting grounds will be next to her late husband at Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin, Tennessee. Linda was an art teacher her entire life, primarily at Poplar Grove Elementary in Franklin, TN, where she brought creativity, joy, and wonder to all of her students.
