Lois Davis

Mrs. Lois Staggs Davis, age 94 of Franklin, TN passed away April 5, 2016. She and her husband owned and operated Davis General Merchandise Store in the Boston Community since 1961. She was affectionately known as "Miss Pete". Preceded in death by husband, Fred "Pete" Davis and son, Donald Fred Davis. Survived by sons, Ellis (Wanda) Davis of Franklin, TN, Jerry (Mary) Davis of Mt. Juliet, TN, Danny Davis and Joey (Lou) Davis both of Franklin, TN; daughter, Patsy (Dwight) Heithcock of Franklin, TN; sisters, Sarah Timmons of Dickson, TN, Judy Edwards of Bon Aqua, TN and Jo (Ralph) Gossett of Centerville, TN; eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Friday, April 8, 2016, Ronnie Kephart officiating. Burial will follow in Sparkman Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Boston Church of Christ, 3710 Robinson Rd. Thompsons Station, TN 37179.
