Louise Searcy

Louise Boone Searcy, age 89 of Franklin, TN, passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was a loving, devoted mother, grandmother, friend, but most importantly, a strong woman of faith. Louise is preceded in death by her husband, George Truett Searcy, Sr; parents, Edgar and Myrtice Callaway Boone; one brother and two sisters. Survived by her son, George Truett (Marjorie) Searcy, Jr; daughters, Donna (Randy) Youmans, Anita (Jerry) Frank, Karen (Malcolm) Yarnell and Suzanne (Chris) Johnson; sister, Betty Boone Gray; 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren with one more on the way. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at ClearView Baptist Church, Dr. Ed Thiele and John Gardner officiating. Visitation will be held 4:00-7:00PM Tuesday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at ClearView Baptist Wednesday. Interment will be 11:00AM Friday, November 25, 2016 at Forest Park Cemetery in Shreveport, LA. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shreveport Bossier Rescue Mission or Samaritans Purse.
