Lt. Col (Ret.) Fred Michael Drolick Sr., age 77 of Collinwood, TN formerly of Franklin, TN passed away November 4, 2017. Member of the Latter Day Saints Church in Lawrenceburg, TN. Retired veteran of the U.S. Army where he served for 32 years. Vietnam War helicopter pilot. Founder and First Commander of Collinwood American Legion Post 254. Volunteer driver for Wayne Co. Veterans Van. He was a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow. Preceded in death by sons, William Drolick and Joseph Drolick; parents, Stanley and Virginia Motusewich Drolick; brother, Charles Drolick and sister, Penney Taylor. Survived by: wife of 32 years, Reba Ann Martin Drolick of Collinwood, TN; son, Fred Michael II (Karlita) Drolick of Madison, TN; daughters, Amanda Sheriff of Brentwood, TN and Sara Drolick (John) Yarber of Bristol, TN; step daughters, Angie (Kip) Watson and Avalyn (Richard) Bauer all of Murfreesboro, TN; sisters, Helen (Tim) Schmidt, Frances Gromley and Anne Forte all of Ohio; nine grandchildren, three step grandchildren and one step great grandchild. Graveside services will be conducted 3:30 PM Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Gardens with full military honors. Memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House or Wayne Co. EMS.
