Mareeka Bachuss

BACHUSS, Mrs. Mareeka Carol, age 37, passed away at her home in Franklin, TN March 12, 2014 with her family by her side. Graduate of Christian Fellowship High School in Draffenville, KY. She received her bachelors degree in nursing at the University of Kentucky and her masters degree in Acute Care Management at Vanderbilt University. She enjoyed crafting, quilting, and traveling the world with her husband. She blogged at babiestoadults.wordpress.com. Preceded in death by mother, Christine Geerdes. Survived by husband, Chris Bachuss; son, Tenzing Bachuss; daughter, Amelia Bachuss, all of Franklin, TN; father, Tom Geerdes of Ledbetter, KY; sister, Hannah Campbell of Lexington, KY; dogs, Buddy & Dingo, and several other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted 5:00PM Sunday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Land Between the Lakes. Family & Friends will serve as pallbearers.
