Mrs. Margaret Marie Berish Maurin, age 89 passed away December 22, 2015. Resident of Livonia, MI and also lived in Franklin, TN with her daughter. Member of St. Philip Catholic Church. Preceded in death by husband, Emil Michael Maurin; sons, Paul Anthony Maurin & Emil Joseph Maurin, son in law, Edward P. Balda. Survived by: sons, Carl (Kathryn) Maurin; daughters, Mary Balda & Catherine (Thomas) Harper; sister, Helen Mayeran; grandchildren, Bryan & Randy Lusebrink, Christopher Harper, Debbie Maurin, Carl Harper, Kayla Balda, Thomas Harper, Jr. & Joseph Harper; great grandchildren, Tiffany, Kaylee, Rylie & Gavin Harper, Carter Lusebrink, Adam & Robert Harper; sister in law, Alberta Berrish. Funeral Mass will be conducted 11:30 AM Thursday, December 24, 2015 at St. Philip Catholic Historic Church, Father Bala Celebrant. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Funeral services will also be conducted at Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home with burial in Lakeview Cemetery in Calumet, MI at a later time.
