Marilyn Johnson

Marilyn Paar Johnson, age 89 of Franklin, TN passed away November 16, 2022. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Oscar & Hazel Paar. When she married, she moved to southern California where she had three children. The family moved to Memphis in 1968. She and her husband then moved to Brentwood in 1993 where her eldest daughter and three grandchildren lived. Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband, Burl Johnson. She leaves behind her children, Carol Johnson (Dennis) Delaney, Donald James (Judy) Johnson and Sandra Lynn Johnson; grandchildren, Rebecca Jackson, Stephanie Jackson and Emma Jackson; two great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother and will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00AM Friday, December 30, 2022 with visitation one hour prior to the service at East Brentwood Presbyterian Church, 9000 Concord Rd. Brentwood, TN 37027.
