Matthew Isaac Smith was born April 22nd, 1991 in Dallas, Texas. Matthew means "gift of God" and Isaac means "laughter" and he was certainly a joy to his family. God provided for Isaac all of his life. He got to travel with his family to London, Frankfurt, Namibia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. He stayed with his family his whole life. He attended Franklin Learning Center in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and had a lot of good friends there. He had one friend, Angela who sat in the wheelchair next to his and she had a big crush on him. She would reach over to hold his hand and he would laugh. His teachers always said how sweet he was. When he was little Isaac was fascinated by airplanes. He would hear one before anyone else saw it and would point up to the sky and we would know there was a plane. Isaac liked watching football with his dad and eating snacks. Isaac liked watching Levi run around the house. He liked balloons and he was a cookie monster. He was surrounded by loving friends and family. Isaac was a person of great courage. He was a sweet guy and he will be greatly missed.
