Matthew Charles Mitchell Thurston, age 21 of Franklin, TN passed away November 30, 2019. Preceded in death by grandparents, Lorrell and Barbara Coyle Thurston. Survived by: mother, Kristin Girard Thurston; father, Jeff (Susie) Thurston; sisters, Lauren (Ryan) Leuning, Kailyn Thurston, Jeanine (Leif) Johansen and Stacey Espinoza; brother, Jared (Carla) Thurston; grandparents, Chuck and Karen Shelton Girard; aunts and uncles, Alisa (Mike) Childers, Cherie Girard, Nicole Girard, Mitch (Paula) Thurston and Scott (Mary Jo) Thurston and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 1:30PM Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Church of the City, 828 Murfreesboro Rd., Franklin, TN, Pastor Brian Myers officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to My Friends House, 626 Eastview Circle, Franklin, TN 37064.
