Matthew Chambers "Matt" Warren, age 48, and resident of Brentwood, Tennessee died suddenly on Friday, May 3rd, 2019. Matt was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. He moved with his parents and sister, Wendy Warren Bradley to Nashville, Tennessee in 1972. His early childhood years were spent primarily in Williamson County where he graduated from Battle Ground Academy in 1989. He attended both the University of Tennessee and the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. Matt's lifelong career in Residential Real Estate Sales began in 1995. He worked closely with his family at Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty until the day of his death. He was exceptionally accomplished and successful. The happiest moments of his career came from receiving many accolades from wonderful clients and friends. Matt excelled at sports, particularly with golf where he spent many happy days with friends on and off the course at Richland Country Club. Matt will forever be remembered for his warm smile, kind heart, and magnetic personality. Matt is survived by loving parents, Nancy and Marty Warren, loving sister and brother-in-law, Wendy Warren Bradley and Doug Bradley, loving niece Mary Wallis Bradley, numerous dear and extended family members as well as the love of his life, Jennifer Chilton. A Memorial Service will be held at the Historic Downtown First United Methodist Church on Fifth Avenue in Franklin, TN. on Wednesday, May 8th, 2019 at 3pm with visitation preceding the service at 2pm.
