Mildred Fly

Mrs. Mildred "Millie" Fly of Franklin, TN went to be with her Lord peacefully on June 4, 2015 at her home. Member of Trinity United Methodist Church; sixty year member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority; member of the Elks Ladies and a former model for Cain Sloan. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin & Pauline Lannom Neely; husband, Judge Jerre Fly, Jr.; granddaughter, Ashley Fly; sisters, Sarah and Alice; brother, Jimmy. Survived by sons, Jerre (Miriam) Fly III and Eddie (Bridget) Fly; daughter, Paula (David) Vierling; grandchildren, Phoebe (Donald) Smith, Lori Fly, Lindsey (Mike) Strickland, Jerre (Meredith) Fly IV, Blaine (Crystal) Fly, Sarah (Evan) Burke and Laura (Jonathan) Penn; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of her Life will be 4:00PM Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Trinity United Methodist Church with visitation from 2-4PM. Edd Templeton and Dennis Meaker officiating.
