Mrs. Mildred Omalie Gumm, age 96 of Franklin, TN passed away May 14, 2015 at her home. Born in Washington County, VA to the late Rufus Nicholas and Mabel Eleanor Spahr Fleenor. She is preceded in death by her husband, Owen Brown Gumm. Survived by daughters, Susan G. Comer and Rebekah G. (Joe) Harrell; grandchildren, Eleanor (Carl) Ware, Rosalie (Samuel) Dickison, Isabella Comer, Elizabeth (Caleb) Harmon and Rachel (Michael) Greene; great-grandchildren, Omalie Ware, Forrest Dickison, Owen and Peter Harmon, Renee, Sophia and Charlotte Greene. Funeral services will be conducted 4:00PM Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Parish Presbyterian Church, Dr. George Grant officiating. Visitation will be 4-7PM Saturday at the residence located at 316 Bridge St. Franklin, TN 37064. Graveside services will be conducted 10:00AM EST Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Glenwood Cemetery in Bristol, TN. Memorials may be made to Parish Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
