Mildred Hendon

Mrs. Mildred Lillian Hendon, age 91 of Franklin, TN passed away March 8, 2016 at Williamson Medical Center. Born in Williamson County, TN to the late Andrew Grover & Jennie E. Mitchell Poyner. She was a member of Garrison United Methodist Church. Mildred loved her family and had taken good care of them. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Hendon. Survived by daughters, Betty J. Sharp and Elena (Eddie) Stephens; grandchildren, Jennifer (Johnny, Jr.) Henry, Malinda (Doug) Baltz, Larry (Connie) McCandless and Amanda (Roger) Reed; great-grandchildren, Jade Thomas Godwin, Jeff Henry, Kristen (Cody) Royse, Charity Elrod, Burgandi McCandless, Noah Barnhill and Evangeline Reed; great-great grandchildren, Phoenix Thomas, Kira, Gavin and Gage Godwin. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Thursday, March 10, 2016 with visitation two hours prior to the service at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Dr. Marty Bell officiating.
