Mrs. Mildred McKay Hughes, age 94 of Franklin, TN passed away July 7, 2015. Talented seamstress in home décor and fashion. Preceded in death by husband, Buford W. Hughes; brother, Leonard McKay & sister, Eleanor Rice. Survived by: son, Mac (Pat) Hughes; daughters, Martha Hughes & Ruth Nichols; brothers, Guilford (Faye) McKay & Porter (Virginia) McKay; sister in law, Katherine McKay; grandchildren, Logan (Sarah) Hughes, Lacey (Will) Baxter, Jeff (Crystal) Nichols & Dana (Dallas) Shaw and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 AM Friday, July 10, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Andy Baker officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be past & present Elders of Berry's Chapel Church of Christ. Memorials may be made to Berry's Chapel Church of Christ Building Fund.
