Mildred M. Kimmel, age 98 of Franklin, TN went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
Mildred was born in Fredericktown, PA on August 27, 1919, daughter of the late Joseph & Mary Jellen.
She was a wonderful wife, mother & grandmother, a generous, caring, kind & thoughtful soul. She loved being a volunteer literacy teacher and had such a calm loving disposition with everyone she knew.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Kimmel; sister, Claire (Robert) Fasullo; & brother Edward (Betty) Jellen.
Survivors include her children, Louis (Fern) Kimmel, Steven (Charlene) Kimmel & Paul (Melody) Kimmel; 7 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Philip Catholic Church on Monday, June 11, 2018, at 1PM with Father Bala Showraiah officiating.
Entombment will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens.
