Former Secretary for Civil Service; member & Secretary at Franklin First United Methodist Church; former Secretary for Attorney Rose Palermo. Survived by sister, Janet (Jerry) Rowland of Chapel Hill, TN; half-brother, Joe (Linda) Culver; niece, Jacque Culver; nephew, Christopher John Culver all of Old Hickory, TN. Graveside services will be conducted 3:00PM Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Athens City Cemetery in Athens, AL, Rev. Jimmy Bassham officiating. Active Pallbearers: Roy Reed, Billy Speck, Dale Stinson, Ike Brown, Donny Jackson & Cass Jefferson. Honorary Pallbearer: Doris Jean Akin. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
