HOLT, Miss. Precillar Jane, age 64 of Franklin, TN, October 20, 2011. She was an administrative secretary for CPS. Preceded in death by parents, Benton T. & Clara Emily Beard Holt and brother, Charles Edward Holt. Survived by brother, Henry (Donna) Holt of Bon Aqua, TN; sisters, Etter (Roger) Fox of Franklin, TN, Irene (Richard) Oechsel of College Grove, TN, Virginia (Doug) Matlock of Chapel Hill, TN and Evelyn Barber of Franklin, TN and several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Sister Sue Hutchinson. Burial will follow in Beard Cemetery. Pallbearers will be William Fox, Dale Oechsel, Billy Matlock, Chuck Holt, Brandon Holt, Scott Hardin, Cody Ray, Jesse Barber and Daniel Mealer. Extended family will serve as honorary pallbearers.
