PERKINS, Mr. Charles R., age 86 of Franklin, TN, March 18, 2012. Veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during WWII & Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by parents, Scora C. & Hallene Givens Perkins; sons, Mark Alan Perkins & Jeffery Lynn Perkins. Survived by wife, Patsy S. Perkins; daughter, Abbie Denise Perkins both of Franklin, TN; sisters, Martha Tynon of Ft. Smith, AR & Jane Akers of Owesboro, KY. Graveside services will be conducted 4:00PM Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Nebo-Union Cemetery in Madisonville, KY. Jim Taylor officiating. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
