Survived by wife, Linda McPeak Foulk of the Leipers Fork Community; son, Darrell Foulk of Madison, TN; daughter, Teresa Foulk of Madison, TN; sister, Geraldine Cost of Ohio; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 3:00PM Monday, July 23, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens.
