GENTRY, Mr. Dan Thomas "Shotgun", age 91 of Lewisburg, TN formerly of Franklin, TN. Graduate of Battle Ground Academy. 42 years service with Bell South System. Avid fisherman & hunter and well known trapper. Loved to garden and grow vegetables. Survived by; wife, Lois Gentry; sons, Dan, Jr. (Janice) Gentry & Zeb (Donna) Gentry; daughters, Jane (Mike) Miller, Betsy (Henry) Hurt & Susan (Clif) Bonds; step daughter, Connie Green; brothers, Jimmy Gentry & Bobby (Peggy) Gentry; seven grandchildren, two step grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday, April 11, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Allen Gentry officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Ed Whitley, Park Brown, Chug Morton, Brother Campbell, Bert Brown & Terry Beech. Memorials may be made to the National Wildlife Association. Visitation will be 1-5 PM Sunday and two hours prior to the service at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615 794-2289. www.williamsonmemorial.com
