Mr. David Lee Middleton, age 67 of Columbia, TN formerly of Nashville, TN, passed away June 11, 2014. Retired after 37 years of service from State of Tennessee. Survived by: wife, Alice B. Middleton; stepsons Bob (Elaine) Lantz & Bill Lantz; brother, Kenneth (Nancy) Gillespie; nieces and nephews and many other loving family members. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Tommy Vann officiating with visitation two hours prior to the service.
