Mr. David Morris, Sr.

MORRIS, SR, Mr. David Earl, age 55 of Thompson Station, TN. November 29, 2012. Born in California one of thirteen children. Raised in Michigan before moving to Thompson Station for the last 22 years. Attended Henry Ford College & Auto Diesel College at the top of his class. Former president of the Christian Motorcycle Association of Columbia. Member and soon to be deacon of Hillview Baptist Church. The "Gentle Giant" never met a stranger and was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend to many. Preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Eleanor Morris; brother, Steve Morris. Survived by wife, Barbara "Babs" Mills Morris; sons, James Welch, Eddie Cisco, David Morris Jr. Services will be conducted 2:00PM Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Hillview Baptist Church, Jim Gosney officiating. Burial, Spring Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the David Morris, Sr. Memorial Fund.
