DAVIS, Mr. Ernest Edward, age 84 of Thompson Station, TN. Passed away December 21, 2009. Born July 15, 1925 in Williamson County, TN. Former employee of the Williamson County School System in the maintenance department. Member of the Boston Church of Christ. Preceded in death by wife, Mildred Davis; brother, Pete Davis; sister, Christene Garrett; grandchildren, Greg and Chad Davis; half brother Horace Davis. Survived by sons, Wayne (Wanda) Davis of the Boston Community and Randel (Avalyn) Davis of Franklin, TN; brothers, Buford Davis of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Kevin (Jessica) Davis and Natalie Davis; great grandchild, Mayson Sharpe; half brother, Glen Davis of Franklin, TN; half sister, Mattie Lou Thomason of the Theta Community. Service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ronnie Kephart officiating. Burial held in Williamson Memorial Gardens following the service. Pallbearers: Ronnie Johnson, Gary Denton, Joey Davis, Jimmy Davis, Mike Jackson, Wayne Beard, Jack Denton, Lester King. Honorary Pallbearers: Renis Baker, Oliver Pantall, Ellis Davis, Ricky Johnson, Herald Gordon, Maurice Thomason, Boyd Fly, and the members of the Boston Church of Christ.
