Mr. Ernest Fountain

FOUNTAIN, Mr. Ernest Eugene "Bubba", age 60, passed away June 29, 2012 at his residence in Franklin, TN. He was a farmer in the Hillsboro/Leipers Fork Community for many years where he was known for his hard work and helping others. He helped many with baling and hauling hay. He was a referee and umpire for thirty years for Williamson County Parks and Recreation. Bubba touched the lives of so many youth to help build their character and sportsmanship. He loved coon hunting and the fun with his friends. A loving family man, he will be missed by all. Preceded in death by parents, J. T. and Lillie Waller Fountain. Survived by wife of 42 years, Joyce Fountain; daughter, Courtney (Rico) Arriaga; brother, Leroy Fountain; sister, Peggy Clark; grandchildren, Maria Nieto, Christian Lopez and Cason Arriaga; and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 3PM Monday, July 2, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Nathan Peeler and Jonathan Boyce officiating. Interment Leipers Fork Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Maury County Coon Hunters Club, Retired and Present Referees and Umpires of Williamson County Parks and Recreation. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to ALS Foundation.
