Mr. Eugene Davis

DAVIS, Mr. Eugene P., age 82, died peacefully Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Gene was survived in death by his two children, Eric Davis and Sabrina Davis-Sellick, along with his wife of 33 years, Louise Davis, and grandchildren Alivia Huffman, Ethan Davis and Ryan Davis. Gene's life accomplishments included many things, after graduating from Howard High School, Gene went on to serve his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked for the Federal Government as a soil scientist, he was a builder and a developer in Nashville and surrounding areas, all while maintaining a farm in Triune, Tennessee where he raised beef cattle and crops. Gene never met a stranger, was a devoted friend to many along with being a loving husband and father. There will be a visitation from 5-7PM Friday, November 30, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home and graveside services will be conducted 9:00 AM Monday, December 3, 2012 at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
