SANDERS, Mr. Harry Lee, Sr. age 89 of Franklin, TN, August 19, 2013. Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force serving during WWII. Lifelong resident and farmer in Williamson County. Longest active member of First Baptist People's Church. Member of many boards and civic organizations in Williamson Co. Preceded in death by parents, O.M. & Arra Knox Sanders; sister, Grace Sanders Gillespie; brothers, Claude & Oscar Sanders. Survived by wife of 68 years, Mae Sawyer Sanders; sons, Lee (Amy) Sanders & Eddie (Pam) Sanders; daughters, Gail (Sam) Long & Sandra Tomlin; twin brother, Larry B. (Sara) Sanders; grandchildren, Noah (Sherryl) Sanders, Stefani Rauschenberger, Meredith (Randal) McCoy, Josh Sanders, Bret Long & Jason (Lauren) Tomlin; four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Rick White & Ed Alexander officiating. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Family & Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or TN Baptist Children's Home.
