SPRAY, Mr. Herbert Wayne, age 61 of Nashville, TN passed away on March 16, 2013 at his home. Preceded in death by wife, Francis Ava Spray. Survived by mother, Ollie Spray; daughters, Jennifer (Nathan) Goodrich, Fern Crutchfield and Sacha (Randy) Lewis; sister, Diana (George) Mullen; brother, Howard (Barbara) Spray and four grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00PM Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, Jim Taylor officiating. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
