Mr. Herbert Whidby

WHIDBY, Mr. Herbert Arthur, age 80, from Franklin, TN passed away July 26, 2011. Superintendent with the Franklin Water Plant for 42 years and a member of the Masonic Lodge Hiram Lodge #7. Preceded in death by parents, Jordan D. and Willie Mai Pewitt Whidby and numerous brothers and sisters. Survived by Wife, Mary Vaughn Whidby; sons, Wayne (Donna) Whidby & Randy (Kathy) Whidby; daughter, Sue (Jacky) Wilson; brother, Thomas Whidby; sisters, Inez Kowalski, Adene Lillard & Mary Jane Bruce; grandchildren, Jeff, Chris, Joe, Katie & Danielle; five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Friday, July 29, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jeff Necessary & Jim Taylor officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers: Jeff, Chris & Joe Whidby, Brayden Baggett and nephews. Honorary pallbearers: Floyd & Howard Anderson, Gary Anglin, Robert Burns, James Edwards, Carl Griggs, Past and Present Employees of the Franklin Water Dept.
