HARPER, Mr. Howard Allen, age 65, of Rally Hill Community. September 17, 2010. Preceded in death by parents, Robert and Mary Vaughn Harper. Survived by wife, Shirley Harper; daughters, Connie Yates and Brenda (Jeff) Kimey, all of the Rally Hill Community; brother, Larry Harper; grandchildren, Laura Beth Harper, Trevor Allen Yates, Shelby Yates and Erika Nichole Kimey. Funeral service will be conducted 3PM Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Bobby Bennett officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Trevor Yates, Chad Watkins, Brad Watkins, Carl Scott, Jr., Kenny Scott, Jeff Kimey, Allen Osborne, Richard Bennett and Terry Lee Brown.
