LILLARD, Mr. James O. "Jimmy", age 74 of the Millview Community, June 6, 2012. Avid baseball player, fan and coach. Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Member of Epworth United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Johnny & Annie Lillard; brother, Harry Lillard. Survived by wife, Sarah Louise Lillard; sons, Mike (Charlotte) Lillard, Bubba (Lisa) Lillard & Jeff (Kathy) Lillard; sisters, Linda (Danny) Cotton & Martha Jane (Jim) Sledge; grandchildren, Amanda, Joel, John Bryan, Hunter, Tyler & Wyatt Lillard; sister in-law, Aquilla Lillard. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00AM Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Epworth United Methodist Church, Rev. Chip Hunter & Rev. Doug Norfleet officiating. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Grandchildren, Billy Knight, John Goodgame, Tommy Goodgame, Jim Wilson, Tim Hastings & Charlie Morris will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers: nieces, nephews, Edward Maxwell, Pups Group, Joe Craig, Wallace Joslin, Gertrude Hickerson, Kenny Crunk, Danny Crunk, Bob, Joey & Tommy Bratton, Bubba Watkins and David Underwood. Memorials may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church Building Fund. Visitation will be 5-8PM Thursday and 4-8PM Friday at Williamson Memorial and one hour prior to the service at the church.
