SAMPLES, Mr. James Clyde, age 97 of Franklin, TN, February 10, 2013. Member of Walker Baptist Church. Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps and was a B-17 Flight Engineer during World War II. Member of Salem Lodge #45 in Mississippi where he was a Master Mason. Survived by: wife of 71 years, Sarah Elizabeth Samples; son, James Lanny (Charlotte) Samples; daughter, Nancy Lou (Philip) Miller; brother, Waymon T. Samples; sisters, Melvie Grace & Mary Dickerson; grandchildren, Emily (Norman "Buddy") Reece, Dr. Kevin (Page) Miller; Keith (Misty) Miller and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Pastor Mitchell Karnes officiating. Entombment will be in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Walker Baptist Church Capitol Improvement Fund.
