BUTLER Jr., Joe Neal, age 83 of Brentwood, TN. July 6, 2012. A Loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, & friend. Founding member & elder of Covenant Presbyterian Church. Successful entrepreneur in Nashville from 1964-1992. Avid Auburn University Fan and member of Alpha-Gamma-Rho Fraternity. Preceded in death by parents Joe Neal Butler Sr. & Marie Reed Butler. Survived by wife of 61 years, Dorothy Gandy Butler of Brentwood, TN; son, Joe Neal (Debbie) Butler III of Houston, TX; daughter, Cindy Butler (Bill) Core of Nashville, TN; brother, Johnny (Lynett) Butler of Clanton, AL; sister, Jane (Roy) McKinney of Columbiana, AL; grandchildren, Kathleen Butler (Ben) Reams of Dallas, TX, Ashley Core (Carter) Kaeser of Brentwood, TN, Celeste Butler (Ryan) Hughes of Dallas, TX, Jess Core (Laura) Brentwood, TN; great grandchildren, Benjamin Reams, Neal Reams, & Hayden Kaeser. Services will be conducted 4:00pm Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 33 Burton Hill Boulevard, Nashville, TN 37215. Jim Bachmann officiating. Visitation 2:30-3:30pm prior to service at the church. Burial to follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Jess Core, Carter Kaeser, Ben Reams, Ryan Hughes, Jim Spann, Dr. Chip Chambers, Joe Eades, Don Morris, & Don Evans.
