Mr. John Martin, Jr.

Mr. John Fred Martin, Jr. age 86 of Franklin, TN. passed away January 2, 2015. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Fred was a member of Grassland Heights Baptist Church and he had retired from Ford Glass Plant. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Fred Martin, Sr. and Corinne Smoot Martin; brother, Robert Martin. Survived by his wife, Mary Lou Martin of Franklin, TN; son, John Fred Martin, III of Whites Creek, TN; daughter, Janice (Mark) Sneed of Hendersonville, TN; step-daughter, Sherri (Bill) Limbeck of Spring Hill, TN; grandchildren, Jenny Haines, Misty (Chris) Depew, John (Cindy) Anderson, Brad (Christine) Anderson, Stephanie (Charles) Mann, Shannon (Greg Routolo) Sneed, Grace and Claire Limbeck; great grandchildren, Weston Haines, Summer Depew, Logan, Trent, Ethan, Isabella and Alyssa Anderson, Camden and Carter Mann; brother, Lee (Carol) Martin and sister, Joyce Smith. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Pastor Rusty Trotter officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. John Martin, Donnie Dalton, Ed Brown, Fayaz Ammar, Gene Wilson, Stan Fuller, and Roy Cockrell will serve as honorary pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Grassland Heights Baptist Church in Fred's memory.
