MAXWELL, JR, John Edward "Eddie", age 75 of the Millview Community, December 9, 2012. U.S. Air Force Veteran, 33 yr. career as salesman in paper industry. He worked for Graham Paper, Jim Walter's Paper and Butler Georgia Pacific. Loved hunting, fishing and farming with friends and family. Preceded in death by father, John E. (Ed) Maxwell, Sr. Survived by mother, Sara Maxwell; wife, Jane Sanford Maxwell; daughter, Theresa (Butch) Tidwell; sister, Jo Ann Lytton; brother, Harold (Sharon) Maxwell; grandchildren, Miranda K. Tidwell and Jake E. Tidwell; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 2:00PM Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Jake Tidwell, John Lytton Jr., Terry Maxwell, Tim Maxwell, Ted Gatlin, Jackie Wilson, Wayne Goins and Keith Knight. Special Friends: Betty and George Graham; Cary Reynolds. Memorials may be made to American Lung Association, American Cancer Society, or your favorite charity.
