POLK, Mr. John "Johnny" Nelson, age 63 of Lewisburg, TN died October 2, 2012. Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during Vietnam. Preceded in death by parents, Walter Bernard & Annabelle Moore Polk and brother, Clayton Polk. Survived by sons, Stacy & Travis Polk; step-mother, Rita Polk; sisters, Diane (Floyd) Carter, Shelia (Gary) Holt and Priscilla (Mark) Hood; brother, Ronnie (Nell) Polk; grandchildren, Josey & Ella Polk. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00PM Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Gary Fewell officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Hollow Cemetery with military honors. Active pallbearers will be Jason Carter, Van Clark, Floyd Carter, Michael Jervis, Stacy Polk, Travis Polk, Scott Gray and Ronnie Polk. Honorary pallbearers will be nephews, Gary Holt.
